Production Line

SUNPLAS features standardized production workshops supported by two independent warehouses for raw material storage and finished goods stocking. Our production lineup includes 2 TPEE batch synthesis lines, together with 3 specialized TPEE post-processing modification lines. We achieve an annual synthesis capacity of 4,000 tons of base TPEE and an annual modification capacity of 3,000 tons. The total comprehensive annual production capacity of TPEE products stands at 7,000 tons.

R&D

SUNPLAS places high priority on technological innovation and independent R&D. We have formed a professional R&D and quality inspection team consisting of polymer material specialists.

Maintaining long-term technical cooperation with the research institute, our in-house laboratory is equipped with a full set of complete testing equipment. We are capable of independently conducting formula development, material performance testing and product verification.

Leveraging extensive experience in TPEE synthesis and modification, our technical team can develop customized TPEE grades in accordance with customers’ unique performance indicators, application conditions and technical requirements. Meanwhile, the R&D & QC department collaborates with independent third-party testing institutions to strictly verify product specifications, ensuring stable quality and reliable performance of all TPEE products.
